Lot Rentals

 

Lots are available for rent at Sleepy Creek starting at $900 a year. We have 200 lots that rent out year round with many returning customers. Availability is limited and there may be a waiting list. Lots average around 40x100ft. Each lot has access to its own electric meter. Electricity is to be arranged by the tenant through Potomac Edison. Water Delivery and Septic Removal can be requested through the campground. All services are to be paid for by the lot tenant.
